How You Know Her: Thandie Newton crept into our dreams in Mission: Impossible II as Tom Cruise's under-the-covers agent, and she hasn't left since. In the last few years we've seen Thandie star in such blockbusters as Crash, Norbit (or, as we like to say, "NORRRRRBBIIIIIITTTT!"), and the Oliver Stone-directed biopic, W, as Condoleeza Rice. (We don't remember Condie being that hot, but we'll take it.) Next up for Thandie is 2012 with John Cusack, a movie about the end of the Mayan calendar and a series of cataclysmic events. As long as Thandie's hotness is spared, we'll buy a ticket.

In the Mood: Thandie says her sex scenes are not as hot as you think. "You're not actually thinking about kissing - you're thinking, 'Is my face in the right place, is my hair there, oh my God, you can see my nipple?'" Where? We wanna see!
