Black Dogs, by Inked magazine editor Jason Buhrmester, takes a nugget of truth—in 1975, Led Zeppelin came to New York, sold out MSG, and had over $200,000 stolen from their hotel—and imagines what kind of batshit circumstances could have led to the greatest unsolved rock and roll swindle of all time. Of course, it involves small time hoods, rare guitars, born-again Christian bikers, a funk band that spends its down time between gigs cracking safes, and, naturally, carnies.

Frequently laugh-out-loud hilarious, Black Dogs keeps upping the ante page after page (after Page, geddit?) so much so that you'll find yourself lingering on subway platforms or in the lobby of your building because you just need to finish one more chapter. OK…one more… In other words, whether you love Zeppelin or hate Zeppelin, or just want a whacked-out '70s-set crime comedy to keep you warm at night, you need to check out this book. You'll have fun fantasy-casting the movie (which, if there's any justice, should be in development)

Hell, how many books can you name that get a trailer
