The uncensored box set unloads the first season’s worth of episodes, featuring Dave’s sweet-natured goofs on Roots, The Real World, and white people. Along with nonbleeped cursing and nonblurred boobs, the bloopers and deleted scenes contain cast crack-ups and more footage from sketches like “Blackzilla” and “The Player Haters Ball.” The set also features hilarious commentary on five of Chappelle and co-creator Neal Brennan’s favorite episodes, which unearths comedic axioms like “When you’re struggling for a punch line, go with ‘crack,’ ‘doo-doo,’ or ‘masturbate.’” Looks like someone got hold of our playbook.
