The first new material out of Dave Chappelle since he became Rick James (bitch) is just filler for this Brooklyn concert film. While Chappelle doesn't dominate the movie, there's enough of his trademark humoras well as energetic musical performances from Kanye West, the Roots, and Commonto deliver the goods. The extras go behind the backstage pass for a making-of featurette, and "Ohio Players: The Bus Ride" spends quality time with the excitable high school band Chappelle brought to New York to play in the show. While there are also extended musical performances available, Chappelle isn't anywhere else on the disc. (We're checking Africa next.)
