Will Smith and Martin Lawrence ride together…and share sweeping, melodramatic slow-motion hero shots together. For Round 2, which takes place eight years later, the clashing cops bust each other’s chops while busting up an Ecstasy ring—and any criminal, car, or shantytown in the way. Just like the movie, seatbelts are optional as you rubberneck the expansive extras. In “Stunts and Visuals,” director Michael Bay speeds through the perfect freeway pile-up—including Matchbox trial runs and real, on-set fender bashings. The detailed “Sequence Breakdowns” spotlights specific shots from the movie, then provides a diary of each corresponding scene’s filming, animated storyboards, and corresponding script pages. When you’re ready for a pit stop, laugh off some steam with the “Production Diaries,” featuring raw dailies of Smith and Lawrence acting so crazy. We wish all sequels were this bad.
