Lord of War is like the Goodfellas of gun-running, only with fewer fat Italian guys. The film follows the cat-and-mouse game between international arms dealer Yuri Orlov and the Interpol agent obsessed with finding him. But just when the plot gets more predictable than a dot-to-dot puzzle, the film becomes a political satire with an ending so cynical it could kill hippies. The best film you didnt see this fall gets even better in this two-DVD set, stuffed with features about the one thing little kids cant get enough ofguns.
