Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (2-Disc Special Edition)

The mega-blockbuster sequel is better than the first with more humor, action, violence and squid-like villains. Because it's the middle film of a trilogy it did leave us hanging in terms of resolution, but it moves very quick for a two-hour-plus movie and also made us excited about the third installment. (We hear it's rated Arrrr!) What surprised us most about POTC 2, besides liking it as much as we did, was the second disc of extras. The making-of documentaries spend almost two hours being brutally honesty and very informative about what a pain in the balls it was to make two massive films at once. Usually these types of behind-the-scenes are promotional crap, but here we have crew members complaining, fighting and almost cracking under the serious pressure set by the strict release date, which is a lot to ask for from any blockbuster hit, let alone one from Disney. (Unless it's a film starring Snow White. Whatta bitch!)
