Absolutely killer! This supersleek and fast-paced Bourne-like thriller proves it's possible to make a great video game–based action movie. (All we've had up until now are the Resident Evil movies, because every other video game adaptation completely sucks.) Timothy Olyphant (Live Free or Die Hard, Deadwood) upped his game as the perfectly trained gun-for-hire Agent 47, who gets mixed up in a political conspiracy and must kill everything he sees to figure out who's behind it. It doesn't redefine the assassin genre like Bourne, but Hitman does exactly what it's supposed to do. The action sequences are graphic and mind-blowing, the story doesn't get too out of control, and it gave us an up-close-and-naked look at the sexy Olga Kurylenko, who's appearing as a Bond girl in the upcoming Quantum of Solace. We have no idea what that title means, but we can't wait to see more of her. We also hope we get to see more of Hitman, because this guy makes the Transporter look like Larry the Cable Guy.
