The Skinny: The dude that keeps on giving is back for yet another special edition DVD. No one really cared about Lebowski when it was released back in '98, but this offbeat Coen Brothers movie has become a religion for stoners, and gets funnier with each viewing. Is it only a matter of time till there's a groundswell for The Hudsucker Proxy and O Brother, Where Art Thou? (We think not.)

The Good: John Goodman, and not just because he knows how to find a stranger in the Alps (that was for you true Achievers out there); they include some new extras.

The Bad: 10th anniversary edition? More like 10th version of this movie released on DVD. Seriously, this is the third special edition released ever since Universal realized they had a cult hit on their hands. If you don't own it yet, then you're in luck. If you do, then it's time to reallocate some of your White Russian/pot/bowling league funds.

Best Extra: The documentary "The Lebowski Fest: An Achiever's Story" briefly chronicles the fan conventions held in this film's honor. There's also two retrospective ("The Dude Abides: The Big Lebowski 10 Years Later" and "This Dude's Life"), which really tie the DVD together.

Bowling Ball Edition: If you take your Dude seriously, for a few extra bucks you can get the limited edition inside a plastic bowling ball.
