On April 6, Warner Bros. is releasing the entire Lord of the Rings Trilogy - that would be the theatrical (not the "expanded") versions of The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers, and The Return of the King - on Blu-Ray for the first time. (But probably not the last. See: Expanded versions, Not The).
To get you properly amped for non-stop high-def Elf action, we present a clip from The Two Towers. As you recall, noble Faramir (brother of Boromir, cousin of Larrymir and step-uncle of Barrymir) decides that the only way to impress his dour (and extremely hungry) father Denethor is to run head-first into a battalion of Orcs. Meanwhile, Denethor casually sucks down his lunch while forcing Hobbits to sing for his pleasure.
The Lord of the Rings Trilogy is available on Blu-Ray April 6th. Pre-order yours now.
