What It Really Is: A pretty good, down-and-dirty look at what it takes to be a legit cagefighter. The filmmakers got lucky by landing on Dustin Poirier as the scrappy upcoming prospect with the most potential and current success. The other guys--wannabes, trainers in the gym or the fight promoter putting together events--make it a fair and honest look at the sacrifice required to get your limbs bent backwards and your face smashed in for very little money. We love this game!

Does Blu-ray Make a Difference? A few moments here and there look good, mainly during the fights, but you can get by on regular DVD just as well.

Who’s It For: Jacked dudes with tatts and creative facial hair (i.e. hardcore MMA fans); people who refuse to get with the times and accept MMA isn’t the same as it was 15 years ago; grandma (she loves action!)
