The Pitch: A miserable and dying man (Joel Murray) teams up with a cynical 16-year-old girl (Tara Lynne Barr) and goes on a killing spree to rid the world of overhyped media asshole.

What It Really Is: A fantasy for every human who’s ever watched an episode of Real Housewives, My Super Sweet 16 or American Idol and thought: These people need to die. Director Bobcat Goldthwait has carved out a satirical niche in Hollywood, first with Shakes the Clown (drunk clown), then Sleeping Dogs Lie (beastiality), World’s Greatest Dad (pure genius) and now this. It go off the rails at times, with lots of long speeches, but it’s the thought, anger and decisive action that counts. Thank you, Bobcat. Who knew Zed from Police Academy 2, 3 and 4 would be the symbol of truth and justice for our times?

Does Blu-ray Make a Difference? Yes. Nothing like seeing the aftermath of an exploding baby taking a shotgun blast (spoiler alert?) that makes you proud you invested in a good home theater system.
