The Pitch: A bouncer (Sean William Scott) puts his iron jaw and fists to work as a semi-pro hockey team goon.

What It Really Is: A mindless, funny and completely irresponsible hockey movie in the vein of Slapshot, Youngblood and Mystery, Alaska. Scott is in his wheelhouse playing the dim-witted enforcer who takes more punishment than a real human could ever withstand. Liev Schreiber gets in on the fun as an aging goon on his way out of the game, as does spunky love interest Alison Pill and Jay Baruchel (also co-writer) as the foul mouthed best friend.
