Even if you don’t recognize the name, you know Irving Zisman. He's the 86-year-old pervert played by Johnny Knoxville in old man make-up in the Jackass TV show and movies. (Here's one of our favorite Irving moments.) Well, looks like old Irving is making to the big screen all by himself. In Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa, Knoxville's geriatric joker is taking a cross-country journey with his 8-year-old grandson, Billy. The movie, which is out in the fall, combines scripted scenes with hidden camera hijinks, much like one of the funniest movies of all time, Borat. So check out the trailer and get your heart medication ready. It's that good.

Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa hits theaters October 25th.
