In Intolerable Cruelty the Coen brothers pit perennial “People’s Sexiest” contenders George Clooney and Catherine Zeta-Jones in an absurdist send-up of lawyers and let the hilarity ensue. Despite its romantic comedy trappings, the odd brothers leave their unmistakable mark on this truly funny trip to divorce court. While the movie supplies the most convincing material, there’s only a weak rebuttal from the supplements. Wardrobe gets its own featurette, while “A Look Inside” collects bland interviews from the cast. Plenty of outtakes (compliments of the glamorous costars) and a movie in-joke close out the bonuses. The extras don’t do the flick justice, but it’s still the longest we’ve ever spent around lawyers without needing another lawyer.
