What can we say about a movie weve already reviewed twice? Not much more, except that this newest four-disk DVD release stocks a filmmaking class semesters worth of information on J.R.R. Tolkiens world of wizards, elves, and hobbits and on the building of a blockbuster movie. Buy it if youre interested in the craft or if youre a geekboy wholl dress as Gandalf for the opening day of the second film, The Two Towers, cant live without the extended and additional scenes that were left out of the original 178-minute monster, and youve got a hard hobbit to break.
