Leave your ethical objections at home, friend: The Original Kings of Comedy should tickle your funny bone to the point where you will quite possibly mess yo’self.

Kings is a concert flick, featuring four comics (Steve Harvey, D.L. Hughley, Cedric the Entertainer, and Bernie Mac) at their sold-out show in Charlotte, North Carolina. Highlights include Harvey’s rant about rap concerts, Cedric’s original reggae ditty, and Mac’s views on beating children. (He’s in favor of it.) You can’t help but chuckle as you hang your head in shame.

As the comics work their magic onstage, director Spike Lee works it behind the scenes. Even if some of the audience find themselves on the outside of an inside joke, the confusion doesn’t faze these old pros. Harvey says it best: “I see some of ya’ll ain’t laughin’. You can kiss my ass. That’s funny.”
