Dude, Where’s My Car?

Assemble the following: two scrawny young actors, a few bad guys to chase ’em around, some righteous babes, and an inventive script. Whaddya got? Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure. Take away the inventive script and you have Dude, Where’s My Car? Fortunately for the studio, the targeted viewers will probably make this movie successful anyway. All those high school students who’ve just smoked pot for the first time will think this movie is hilarious. But, dude, despite the worthwhile rap video parody to Young MC’s “Bust a Move,” this movie blows s-o-o-o-o hard. And if you’re thinking a little “shibby” will make it better, you’re wrong. Trust us, no amount of reefer could make this movie worth the ticket price.
