You know what William Shakespeare’s writing was lacking? Hot vampire chicks and werewolves. Underworld fixes things by reimagining Romeo and Juliet by way of Blade and An American Werewolf in London. Kate Beckinsale’s a leather-clad vamp whose family has been at war with werewolves for centuries. When she falls for a recently werewolf-ized human (Scott Speedman), things get…hairy. We welcomed the chance to see the Bard dragged through the pages of Fangoria. And since she’s been known more for corsets than wire fighting, Beckinsale surprises everyone as the sexiest bloodsucker this side of the Hilton sisters. She’s no Blade, but she’ll satiate a goth-starved appetite.
