Where in the World Is Osama bin Laden?

The Skinny: Super Size Me stunt master Morgan Spurlock puts his body through an entirely new torture test—can he travel through the Middle East asking questions about where Osama bin Laden is hiding without getting killed? And in doing so, can he succeed where the military has failed and actually locate this guy?

The Good: Spurlock is funnier and genuinely more likable than Michael Moore, so it's not hard to want to follow him on his adventure. Along the way, there are a lot of unexpectedly funny moments, especially in some of the surprisingly candid person-to-person interviews.

The Bad: Spoiler Alert! Not only does Spurlock not actually find bin Laden, but he doesn't really tell us anything we don't already know about the Middle East, terrorism, and America's failed foreign policy. Plus, the film's pacing is juxtaposed with the bogus "ticking clock" of Spurlock's first impending child. It's a BS sympathy ploy, and it takes away from the movie.

Are We Crazy… Or does a Tora Bora theme park (an idea floated by one of the interviewees) sound awesome? We'd be first on line for the Osama bin Log Flume.

Theater, DVD, or TNT in Five Years? DVD. Even if you've heard this before, it doesn't hurt to get a quick refresher every once in a while.
