It turns out we don't warrant an advanced screening of G.I. Joe: Rise of Cobra (oh, c'mon, it was all in good fun), so your guess is as good as ours on this one. History tells us that when a studio doesn't screen a movie for critics, it's usually because the movie sucks hard enough to create a black hole. But, again, we only have ten years of experience to back us up on that. Maybe this will be the one movie to finally buck that trend. You never know.

But it's your $20-$30 on the line here, and you're on your own. Although we'd advise you to take a heaping handful of salt with you should you choose to read some of the reviews out there (those sites were "selected" by the studio for a reason, you know), it's ultimately up to you this time.
