It's funny, it's dirty, and it's really no different than an extended, uncensored episode of the Comedy Central TV show. Reno's finest head to a conference in Miami; and after a night of masturbating at a sleazy motel, they show up to a quarantined convention center. Since they're the only cops in Florida they're tasked with keeping law and order. It has lots of gratuitous nudity and hilarious moments (alligator in a pool, a rotting beached whale, involvement with a drug cartel), but it's hit-or-miss most of the time and nothing really kills. Except Lt. Dangle's shorts. That guy must have the smallest testicles in the history of man.
