This is at least the third edition of Rocky on DVD. There's already been two separate box sets containing all the movies, so it's hard to get excited about this new edition. But, with the release of Rocky Balboa it's obvious the studios want to cash in while the Italian Stallion is hot
and alive. The movie's the same classic underdog film we've all seen a billion times, though it's in a purported "high definition transfer." Isn't that what Blu-ray and HD- DVDs are for since it's just gonna look like a regular DVD on the ol' player? They did include a new 90-minute documentary and some featurettes, but these re-released DVDs are starting to resemble the whole Rocky franchise: One too many times out. Plus their diction is horrible.
