The Skinny: The cat-and-mouse game between the oldest secret service agent in the history of time (Clint Eastwood) and a brilliant madman hell-bent on assassinating the president (John Malkovich) is just as good now as it was 15 years ago.
The Good: Since we're used to watching this on TNT, fully edited with commercial interruptions, it was nice to see it in crystal-clear 1080i with all the profanity intact.
The Bad: The extras (director's commentary, deleted scenes, and a documentary titled "The Ultimate Sacrifice") are ported over from a special edition released a few years ago. So if you're not HD-enabled, you'd better sit this one out until you're ready to join us in this new and wonderful century.
