Writer/director Judd Apatow, the guy who gave us The 40-Year-Old Virgin and Knocked Up will release his third film, Funny People, on July 31. Starring Adam Sandler, Seth Rogen and Leslie Mann, the film tells the story of a famous comedian who overcomes a near-death experience. While it’s billed as a comedy, the trailer shows that it also has a serious side.
