Nerd icon Todd McFarlane, who not only makes comics but also is responsible for all those cool toys on your desk, created something great here. Back in the day before HBO could do no wrong (thanks a lot Sex and the City), this nasty animated show about a hell spawn fighting evil on earth was a great surprise. Spawnvoiced by Keith Davidwas great late-night viewing, and always supplied plenty of gore, profanity, and cartoon sex, finished off with top-notch story lines. The fact that it lasted three seasons18 episodes in allis a miracle, because this is definitely not for everyone. Specifically nerds.
