So a crimefighter strutting around in 70s gear might not be the most intriguing setup for a movie, but Eddie Griffin pulls off the afro jokes just long enough to keep our attention. Now the DVD comes packing even more wholesome blaxploitation. The afro pick menu selector leads to the alternate ending, the deleted sceneswith appropriately descriptive titles like, Black man cant get a caband music highlights that send you straight to each funk number in the movie. Theres even a music video with Snoop Dogg and Bootsy Collins riding around in a Cadillac together. The brother pushes overkill to the brink, but the DVD uses its leftovers wisely.
