The Skinny: Cubicle schlub Wesley Gibson's (James McAvoy) life sucks until he discovers that being a badass assassin is actually in his genes. He goes from being the guy everyone ignores for their own amusement to the guy everyone ignores at their own peril.
The Good: Another movie (like Hancock) that got unfortunately sandwiched between the twin juggernauts of Iron Man and The Dark Knight, Wanted is, simply put, a blast. Stylish, funny, and badass in equal measures, it's a definite must-see. The Blu-Ray transfer is a knock-out, tooyou can read every one of Angelina Jolie's tats.
The Bad: The deleted scenes and "alternate opening" aren't really as great as they're hyped up to be (the opening actually spoils some of the mystery around Gibson), but the rest of the special features make up for it.
Best Extra: There's a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff, but we actually liked the "Motion Comic" where portions of the Mark Millar/J.G. Jones comic book are partially animated and narrated by McAvoy.
Buy, Rent, or Ignore: This is worth owning. Go for it, slick.
