The Seth Rogen-helmed comedy looks promising.
Behold the just-released new trailer for Neighbors, a new comedy starring Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne as a young suburban couple whose world is rocked when the house next door is taken over by a local fraternity led by an extra-douchey Zac Efron. Sadly, the movie isn't out until next spring, but judging from this, it's going to be pretty fucking spectacular.
Directed by Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Get Him to the Greek), the movie also features Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Dave Franco, and Ike Barinholtz. It all seems like a recipe for success, although even if it sucks, at least we'll be able to look at Rose Byrne for two hours - which is well worth the approximately 150 bucks it costs to go to the movies these days. That shit is expensive, yo.
