This hit-and-miss remake of the 1971 horror flick about a man who controls an army of rats scores big points by casting walking freak show Crispin Glover. As if your dreams won’t already be crawling with rodents, the extras continue the hellish images. In a good way. “Rat People: Friends or Foes?” interviews exterminators, scientists, and rat-happy freaks—including a woman who owns over 200 rats and claims that “rats are better than men”—and features Department of Health footage of a house in California completely overtaken by rats. If that’s not enough creep show material, we dare you to try sleeping without a night light after viewing Crispin Glover’s self-directed music video for his cover of Michael Jackson’s “Ben.” We’ve been washing our eyes out with rat poison ever since.
