God bless Willie Nelson. Songbird offers Willie’s signature twang with a touch of Ryan Adams’ pop chops (he produced the album). Luckily, Willie doesn't suffer from Adams’ bloated ego, but he does allow himself to be pushed to unexplored areas. The result is primo Willie with a rockier edge.
