Mick Jagger
Eagerly anticipated by dozens of people, Mick Jaggers fourth solo album lives up to the reputation of his previous Stones-free outings, the titles of which are right on the tips of our tongues. Unable to coax out even a Harlem Shuffle by himself, Jagger calls in a triage unit of hired hands (Lenny Kravitz, Bono, and even Matchbox Twenty tool Rob Thomas) who fail to find Goddess pulse. From another old hack this might be acceptable, but not from the guy who wrote Gimme-fucking-Shelter.
