When this Atlanta R&B quartet arrived in the late '90s, their pitch was “Just like Boyz II Men, except younger.” Believe it or not, that was enough to score a few platinum albums, but these guys have yet to find a viable second act. Their fifth album continues to try to sex up their grooves, but the R. Kelly posturing on tunes like “Watch You” and the crunky “Ass Hypnotic” is particularly unconvincing coming from the group whose shining moment is still their earnest 2000 love ballad, “Let’s Get Married.”
