Silence Is Easy

You can’t blame us for being underwhelmed by Starsailor, a mopey British band whose name sounds like an anime series about Japanese schoolgirls. But with producer/accused killer Phil Spector, they break out the big guns (pun definitely intended) on their second album and create a layered sonic buzz that goes down smooth. Now all they have to do is ditch that dumb-ass name.
