If you ever plan on visiting Qatar, here’s a piece of advice: Pack some tiger repellant. 

The video above shows a tiger with what appears to be a broken chain attached to its collar casually strolling through a traffic jam in Doha, which is just about the last thing you want to see when you’re in the middle of your morning commute. 

Here’s more information from local news outlet Doha News:

The tiger, which has a broken chain attached to its collar and appears to be an escaped pet, can be seen running through lines of stopped vehicles, seemingly trying to find a way off the road.

On Twitter, the Ministry of Interior has said it is following up on reports of the loose tiger.

Yes, despite repeated warnings about the dangers of keeping exotic animals like tigers and cheetahs (!) as pets in the oil-rich Arab nation, the thing is definitely someone’s pet. Here’s a shot of the leashed animal on the side of the highway before his escape.

Look, we get it: You want to live like Mike Tyson in The Hangover. But please, for the love of God, control your fanged pet. The last thing we want to see on the way to the office is a scene like this:
