First things first – make sure you book in advance, otherwise you ain’t getting in…even if you turn up with BarChick on your arm. This is a fun house of flavour, taking mixology to the next level and getting all your senses involved. The signature Earl Grey Caviar Martini combines Absolut Vodka with elderflower, apple, Cointreau, lemon, and lime, with balls of Earl Grey infused jelly ‘caviar,’ topped with a mountain of whisked up foam. It’s quite something to look at, and we won’t even get started on the taste.
It’s all dark and seductive inside Quinary – leather sofas, low hanging lights – the works. It’s the place to bring someone that you want to get up close and personal with, since the lack of space means they’ll have little choice in the matter. Perhaps not the place to bring your boss – well, unless you’re looking for a promotion and aren’t afraid to play dirty…
