Worst Job of the Week

Hustle and Flow… There are women who think that they are, "heavy bleeders" during their menstrual cycle. So I'm the lucky bastard working in the lab who gets to extract the blood from these used pads and tampons from the horrendous poonannies, in hopes that a pharmaceutical drug can be developed to inhibit the amount of blood loss. This is definately the worst situation that has ever flowed my way (pun very much intended). To think that these feminine products sit at ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 30 DAYS before I get to them! Let's just say that I'm never hungry in the morning. —Chris

Joke of the Day
A man is standing at the pearly gates and St. Peter addresses him: 'All you need to have done is one good deed, and we will allow you passage into heaven'
The man says, 'No problem,' as he recounts to St. Peter that he once stopped at an intersection and saw a motorcycle gang harassing a young woman. He got out of his car, walked up to one of the bikerswho was over seven feet tall and must have weighed nearly 400 poundsand told the biker that abusing and harassing a woman is a cowardly act and that he would not tolerate it in his presence. He then reached up, yanked out his nose ring and kicked him in the balls to make a point.
St. Peter is frantically searching the mans life in his book in front of him and says, 'I cant find that incident anywhere in your file:when did that happen?'
The man looks down at his watch and says, 'Oh, about five minutes ago.'

RSS Info
What is RSS?
RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication which is an common XML format for online content distribution. RSS allows you to see when your favorite sites have added new content. You can get the latest headlines and articles (or even audio files, photographs or video) in one place, as soon as they are published, without having to remember to visit each site every day.
How do I subscribe to Maxim's news feeds?
The first step is to download your favorite news reader. If you have never used one before, try installing one of the news readers mentioned above and see which one you like. The second step is simple either copy the above URL into your favorite news reader or click one of the icons on the top right-hand side of this page, which will automatically add our RSS feed to your news reader.
What is a news reader?
A news reader (also known as a news aggregator) is simply a piece of software that you can use to read your subscribed news feeds. It is to news feeds what Outlook, Hotmail, and Entourage are to e-mail.
What is a news feed?
News feeds (also known as RSS feeds) are listings of a Web site's content. They are updated whenever new content is published to the site. News readers "subscribe" to news feeds, which means they download lists of stories at an interval that you specify (every 30 minutes, for example) and present them to you in your news reader.
Can I use Maxim's RSS feed on my site?
Yeah of course you can! Well as long as it's for your own personal use in a news reader/aggregator or as part of a non-commercial Web site or blog. We require the proper format and attribution whenever Maxim's content is posted on your Web site, and we also reserve the right to require that you cease distributing maxim.com content.
