Is it me, or are more officials deciding the outcomes of games this college football season than God-rich felonious hucksters are deciding our economic future? First, refs handed BYU a regulation victory over Washington following a highly subjective celebration penalty with two seconds remaining, then they robbed Oklahoma of a clear interception—and possibly the win—in the biggest game of the season thus far. But, like Puff Daddy, Vince McMahon, or Felix Dennis, they couldn't remain content to pull strings in the shadows; now they're out there playing weakside linebacker for LSU.
