Role: The section's unelected head cheerleader.
How to Spot Him: He's the only one standing in the upper deck. Desperately surveying his horde, arms flailing, he orders everyone else to "c'mon." Once ignored, he only yells louder, taking the entire row's burden of cheering during the TV timeout upon himself.
