Hello everyone! My name is Kevin Robinson (K-Rob) professional BMX rider. I’m a 7-time Summer X-Games Medalist, 2007 Athlete of the X-games, and current World Record Height Holder. I'm hanging out in Aspen, Colo., for the Winter X-Games on Buttermilk Mountain. I thought it might be fun to share my experience with you. You know, from a different perspective.


So for starters I have to tell you about the house I'm staying in. It's all set up by Target, who is one of my sponsors. They rent this huge house for a few of us Target Athletes to stay in during Winter X.  It is nothing short of amazing!



   I must admit, it's very nice being a spectator and not competing. No pressure, no sleepless nights, no schedule. I get to just hang out at my leisure. Want a good example? This morning myself and about 10 others are going on a snowmobile excursion, including Lonnie Paxton (Long snapper for the New England Patriots) Dr. David Chao (Head surgeon for the San Diego Chargers and The X-Games) and of course my wife Robin, who never ceases to amaze me with what she will try. I will definitely have to post pictures from that.
  
Later today, I will get you some of the results from the events that have already happened including Ski Pipe, Snowboard Big Air, and Snow Mobile Speed and Style. All the athletes are pushing themselves so hard as they always do.
