I'm still kinda confused as to why you're moving to Wyoming (I've lived here half my life), but enjoy your stay! Quickest way to get pulled over actually isn't speeding, it's having out of state plates, by the way. Oh, and don't be too surprised if it snows IN July, particularly if you visit Rock Springs. ;)
