Well, dear readers, I did it. I went to the Super Bowl. With special thanks to the good people at Playstation I was able to partake in all the festivities Detroit has to offer (automobile manufacturing, rap-offs, homicide). You might be wondering why it would take me so long to put up my Super Bowl photo diary. Well, I can explain in three easy words: Drinking. For some people, the Super Bowl is the culmination of a hard-fought NFL season that sends one team into meteoric heights of immortality and another team into crushing despair. For me, on the other hand, its a great reason to have a few beers and yell. And have a few beers and yell I did. This photo diary is proof.

| Friday 12:04 P.M.: Here I am on my way to Detroit. Did you know that airports sold beer? I did. |
| Friday 12:37 P.M.: Like most people, I like to get ready for a flight to Detroit with a little inspirational reading. |
| Saturday 11:56 A.M.: To give you a flavor of Detroit, this is a boarded-up Chi-Chi's next to our hotel. (Have you ever seen a boarded up Chi Chi's in your life?) Let's move on to Sunday. |
| Sunday 2:37 P.M.: You can't see him, but that's Lionel Richie onstage behind me. But if you look really hard, you can see me enjoying the NFL's tailgating tent in front of Lionel Richie. |
| Sunday 6:15 P.M.: Are you ready for some football? You better say yes, cause it's kickoff, bitches! Welcome to Super Bowl XL. |
| Sunday 6:29 P.M.: This was my view for the majority of the game. |
| Sunday 6:45 P.M.: Despite what it says, this dude sitting in front of us is not Ben Roethlisberger. (I could tell by his clean shaven face and decrepitly old body.) |
| Sunday 7:22 P.M.: More of the ol' game-a-reeno. FYI: The Steelers are in "white" and the Seahawks are in "lose." Yeah, I said it. |
| Sunday 7:30-8:25 P.M.: Someone has a bladder the size of a walnut. Someone also has a blue shirt on. |
| Sunday 9:40 P.M.: And the Steelers win! Although I missed it due to, well…let's just say 45 beers and 35 stadium hot dogs made my bowels a little XL. |
| Sunday 11:25 P.M.: After the game we headed over to the Playstation party where Jessica Alba and Jaime Pressly did not talk to me. |
| Monday 12:45 A.M.: For a second, I thought these celebrities were talking to me. But they were actually talking to someone behind me. (Over here Snoop!) |
| Monday 8:25 A.M.: This is what football is all about. On the way home from a stellar trip, I ran into these Steelers fans still celebrating their big win. Not pictured: my Detroit-sized hangover. (It's standing just out of the frame.) |
Well, thanks Detroit for a great time. And I'd like to give an extra special thanks to my liver for not giving out. Happy offseason everyone.
