As a former child star, do you think you would have had your current success if you had grown up to be horribly ugly? I think that happens all the time with actors. They’re darling as kids, and then they just don’t grow up as well, and they just don’t get work.
You made a few guest appearances on Blossom. Color me jealous! I was on three different times. I was on the pilot and played Joey’s girlfriend. I was on another episode, probably about the second season, and played Joey’s girlfriend. And I was on one of their last seasons and played Joey’s girlfriend. It was hysterical, because I was three different characters.
Did you wind up having a crush on Joey Lawrence? I mean, the guy would wear leather, flannel and denim, all in one outfit! I did. In fact, the second time that I was on, he and I hit it off, and he was going to take me out. This was a really long time ago, and we weren’t driving, so his mom was gonna pick us up. I was all ready for it, and he stood me up.
