STEP 1

On the way up, circle your arms up and slightly outward to maintain balance. Simultaneously straighten your legs, pushing your toes down into a point.

STEP 2

As you descend, flatten your feet and spread your legs about six inches apart while circling your arms further outward and back down.

STEP 3

The instant you hit the mat, shoot your arms up like you’re at a stadium doing the wave. When you reach the bottom of the tramp, freeze your arms straight up (this will transfer their upward momentum to your body). Repeat until you hit the ceiling or a bird.
