How You Know Her: This damsel of Amsterdam has been a Bond bombshell in GoldenEye and real-life Jean Grey/Phoenix in the X-Men movie trilogy. But she's also wandered off the beaten path of blockbusters to make a few indie films such as Love and Sex, Turn the River, and The Wackness, and she gave TV a try as a guest star on Nip/Tuck. One of her most recent flicks, the thriller Taken, comes out on DVD and blu-ray today. She stars alongside Liam Neeson and Maggie Grace. As Maggie Grace's onscreen mom, Famke's role is quite a departure from her ass-kicking X-Men character, but she's still got the power to make us weak in the knees.

Tongue-in-cheek: "Triple tonguing? It was sort of invented [vocabulary]. It wasn't in the script. It was something that I came up with." -IGN
