Julie went on to bigger and better small screen roles, namely a few appearances on Weeds and a lengthy stay on Boston Legal. She currently stars in the ABC mockumetary Modern Family alongside fellow faux housewife Sofia Vergara—how the hell did Al Bundy (Ed O'Neill) snag her?—and in Tim Allen's directorial debut Crazy on the Outside (also known as Thank God It's Not The Santa Clause 4).

On Starring in Happy Gilmore: My hair in that movie...It was my first movie and I just said to the hair department, "Okay, do you what you want." I was in my trailer and thought no one will see this movie, so it was okay. It's lived in perpetuity, that big frozen orb of dyed hair.
