The third item says "The Today Show pledges to burn 150,000 cubic tons of jet fuel sending Matt Lauer to ZImbabwe, South Korea, Istanbul, Australia, the Arctic Circle, and probably India."
What the hell is a cubic ton?

Sorry about being a pain in the ass, but the item about Heroes pledging to unleash "more ozone-killing pyrotechnics" is idiotic nonsense. Pyrotechnics don't damage the ozone layer; chlorofluorocarbons (CFC) do. They have been banned in the US for a long time.
