What do you get when the title character is on the phone? A Doctor House call. Zing! (MADtv, we're still waiting for that job offer!) The third season of the hospital drama kicks off by cluing us in that gimpy Doc spent his summer vacation enjoying his newly mended limp. From there it is business as usual and you won't hear us complaining. The new flexibility hasn't cured the (attending) resident curmudgeon's lemony wit or his knack for healing the hopeless. House's ability to diagnose rare diseases despite ordinary symptoms will have you believing your neck zit is a flesh-eating pustule. But really, you're just dirty.
