Stand-up Dave Attell takes us to another locale we would probably otherwise never visitand he probably won't remember. For Sloshed in Translation, our drunken tour guide explores the late, late-night world of Tokyo, a city filled with dive bars, exotic food, and the Holy Grail: beer vending machines. Ironically enough, the night begins with a trip to the Tokyo Dome for a Tampa Bay Devil Ray's baseball game, where there's no yelling at the players or buns on the hotdogs. But there is saki, and plenty of it. After getting kicked out of the stadium, Attell bar-hops across Tokyo to get his ass kicked by traditional Japanese street fighters, visit a 24-hour porn TV station, and check out the annual Wooden Penis Festival. As expected, most of Attell's humor is lost on the locals, which only adds to the hilarity. Kudos to Attell for one-upping Bill Murray and making Tokyo look cool and fun.
