Kitchen Nightmares

If you're anything like us, you've been mesmerized by Gordon Ramsay's foulmouthed, no-holds-barred approach to cooking on Hell's Kitchen for the past three seasons. But now on Kitchen Nightmares, he leaves behind berating budding chefs and brings his fiery attitude to restaurants around the country. The series' pilot features a family-owned Long Island Italian eatery that's struggling to pay the bills, mainly because its hotheaded owner is more concerned about his expensive ride than the ravioli. With rotting food in a leaky fridge and three ovens not functioning, it's clear the only investments the owner's making in the restaurant are for his suits. Ramsay seems a bit gentler here, but butting heads with established restaurateurs should provide more conflict and fireworks than some of the crybaby chefs on Hell's Kitchen. We can't wait!
